Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. It will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are enroute to you.
Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that in some cases, your products may arrive in multiple shipments to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time and Costs
Standard Delivery
Typically, within 3 business days from order acceptance to delivery.
Shipping Cost
Free for all orders of $100 or more before taxes and shipping.
$15 for all orders less than $100 before taxes and shipping.
Expedited Delivery
Typically, within 2 business days from order acceptance to delivery.
If an order is placed close to a weekend or a public holiday, the delivery time may be extended accordingly.
Taxes
A sales tax will be charged on the merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to the shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
