Refund and Returns Policy
At Watermark Brands, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are food and beverage items, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been opened or consumed. However, we will always make things right if there is an issue with your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@watermarkbeverages.com / ph. 604-520-1544
- Provide your order number and photos of the issue so we can process a replacement or refund.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Items arrive damaged or leaking.
- You receive the wrong product or quantity.
- The product is spoiled or otherwise not safe to consume.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or partially consumed products.
- Orders placed in error by the customer (wrong size, quantity, or flavor).
- Products not stored as recommended after delivery.
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as they have not yet shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
